ASEP Technical Assistance (TA) on-boards Mr. Mads Torben Christensen as new Key Expert 1 and Team Leader. He assumes his position at the ASEP office in DOE effective May 2, 2017. Mads is Danish, and an engineer who has over 35 years of experience as consultant and resident team leader for several international projects in Central and Eastern Europe, Western Balkan, Central Asia, Iraq, Lao PDR and Malaysia.
Dr. Ernie Terrado will remain as ASEP Key Expert 2 (Rural Electrification) and will now devote most of his time to closely managing implementation of several ongoing and upcoming TA activities. He will also continue to provide technical support for PV Mainstreaming and other World Bank managed ASEP activities, as well as the EU-managed ASEP Call for Proposals.
On the other hand, Ms. Jo Mangila-Tioseco, ASEP Expert, will continue to manage the TA activities in Energy Efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and general ASEP-TA operations
